  Yes, projects might relate to any industry sector given that it complies with the conditions of the Matching Grants Program and does not refer to the list of excluded activities as defined under section 2.2 of the Matching Grants Manual and its attachment MG1 - Environmental and Social Management Framework (see pg. 79 of this document)
