Winners of Startup Matching Grants Program implemented by the Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA) under the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia have been identified. 20 among 41 finalists have been granted prize in the amount of 100 000 GEL. Decision was made by Investment Committee composed by high level international Venture Investors.

Lupi AI – Application for school teachers, students and parents that will combine different educational applications/platforms like online diaries, LMSs, language learning applications, educational games, etc. Lupi AI is generating personal feedback and actionable recommendations about each student. This information is helping teachers and schools in making data-based decisions for improving individual performance and efficiency of studying.
Logmind - Logmind builds an AI-based log data analytics platform to help DevOps and IT Operations teams from large organizations to detect issues from their applications automatically. The current log analytics solutions are manual, and
as a result, IT teams lose more than 40% of their time to investigate their production incidents manually. At Logmind we are building a web-based log data analytics platform that can turn this massive amount of unstructured logs. By using advanced machine learning methods, our software can learn the behavior of data, identify trends and anomalies, and notify IT users instantly when their systems are experiencing an issue.
Qvevry - The project sets the goals to produce Georgian traditional wine vessel Qvevry with the use of modern technologies. A special new ceramic 3D printer will be created for printing of the vessels with bearing capacity of 1,000-1,500 liters. The project will contribute to improvement of the quality of Qvevry and restore its initial form (without internal processing with wax and external plastering with cement). It will also develop organoleptic and natural characteristics of wine.
RNSEED Potato Fabrik - “RNSEED Potato Fabrik” has created unique integrated agro-bio technology system for seed potato in-vitro multiplication and micro-tubers production. The clonal technology allows speedy up multiplication process, adopt seed potato varieties to different regions, produce diseases resistant seeds with high commercial potential.Colors of Colors Caucasus - Based on Georgian traditions the project will produce Bio textile and silk dyed with natural ingredients and traditional technologies. Technology enable to achieve bright colors and 100% bio product produced with locally grown plants.
BioCure - BioCure is an eco-friendly and universal petroleum product pollution cleanup solution, which simplifies and cuts cleanup process costs.
BioCure technology is based on the accelerated natural bio-degradation method and is effective on any type of ground, water, groundwater, and seawater.
My Drug App - My Drug App (MDA - http://mydrugapp.com/) allows US patients to buy any prescription drug at any pharmacy at less than wholesale prices. All drugs are covered, patients can choose the drugs that are the best fit for therapeutic goals and budget. Once the doctor has prescribed a drug patients will be notified and directly see a screen showing all needed information.
Shenia - Web platform – www.shenia.com. Through it users can create a personalized book in Georgian, where a specific child is the main character of the story..
Shenia’s books are designed for children under the age 10. Project aims to expand on Turkish and global market
Phubber - Phubber – Social Shopping Platform - is a mobile application that is a mix of social network and e-commerce for apparel. Every Phubber is a seller and a buyer at the same time, they have their personal stores, where they can upload items for sale, they also have ratings, reviews and followers. The more followers a Phubber has, the fast and with better price their items are sold, every Phubber is interested to have as much followers as possible.
Inventors - Start up Inventor identifies the new platform in auto-part industry. It will combine auto-part producers, importers, local distributors, local shops, sellers of used parts, the sellers of damaged cars. Platform will use artificial intelligent, machine learning, strong data Analysis with using this technologies and special made algorithms we will meet customer needs we will connect users and sellers with each other.
Travel Guide - Tourism start-up - “Travel Guide“ represents an innovative tourism platform, whose main mission is the development of the tourism sector by implementation of innovative technologies such as audio guides, marketing part offering popular places, freelance part to connect freelancers to tourists without intermediaries
Bizon.ge - Bizon is a web-platform, web space (marketplace), where individuals and business entities are able to share (sell, rent, auction) machinery, equipment, and basic means among each other. The potential of this type of platform goes beyond Georgia's borders and encompasses the Caucasian region, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, which draws global context for the project.
Beauty Lab - Beauty lab is a cutting edge application that allows customers of beauty salons book their desired procedure with just a click of a button. Applying analytics to the collected customer data in compliance with the data privacy legislation of Georgia for the purpose of enabling beauty service providers with valuable customer insight, and bringing transparency to the pricing mechanisms for the customers.
Atrion - Cloud-based Project Management application on a subscription basis that enables any organization in international development industry to successfully launch, manage, and close a development project. Agile Product Development approach will be applied Prototype The MVP will cover a procurement module only.
RED - REDs solution represents fire alarm (smoke, heat, carbon dioxide) detectors and air quality (CO2, CO, VOC, Other Harmful Gases) monitor sensor devices connected to cloud platform (www.red.ge). Our goal is to equip as many buildings as possible with our security solutions. Final mission is to give city authorities (like emergency service agency 112) access to the system so they can immediately receive alerts and locations when they occur at any place to send fire brigades and emergency services on time.
IoGreen - In IoGreen we develop smart IoT sensors and systems for automation and management of agro businesses, including: 1. Livestock farm 2. Poultry farm 3. Greenhouse 4. Vineyard 5. Corps harvesting 6. Fruit production and storage 7. Vegetables production and storage. Farms and agro businesses need to increase their efficiency by preserving stock from vulnerabilities and diseases, increase harvest and gain, reduce overuse of resources, etc.
VTOL - Aerial Vehicle - The project proposes development of innovative multifunctional VTOL (Vertical takeoff and landing) manned/unmanned aerial vehicle. The first prototype will be full electric, zero emission lightweight aerial vehicle which uses modern large brushless electric motors and propellers to produce thrust. It will also incorporate inflatable wing and obstacle avoidance system. Such aerial vehicle will be able to lift considerable amount of weight (100+) or one pilot. Both unmanned and piloted aircraft will have high maneuverability, good redundancy, high speed, long range, high safety and productivity. Final product to achieve is the effective and optimized low cost flight.

VADAC - This project aims to develop international online platform for providing affordable and academically honest online certification for the self-taught consumers and employers the world over. The sustainable web platform will offer to provide video-and-audio certified, academically honest certificates confirming the competency of the consumer on both personal and corporate bases. Unlike other platforms, the company will not offer online classes, as there is a wealth of such already, but only a reliable way to confirm the validity of existing skills.
LiveCaller - LiveCaller is cloud-based customer communication software allowing companies to communicate with their web-visitor via web-call, video-call, co-browsing and chat for free. Widget, should be installed on their web-pages, after installation customers will be able to call through the widget directly to call centers of the companies and talk with them from any device (computer, laptop, mobile, tablet) for free. We give to businesses opportunity to have real-time communication (call, co-browsing video, chat) with their customers and monitor all necessary call/chat statistics. Call might be initiated not only from the side of the customers, but also vice versa.
